Lata Tondon
Lata Tondon (born 15 April 1980) is an Indian chef from Madhya Pradesh who is the Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon.
Early Life
Lata Tondon was born in Rewa, a city in Madhya Pradesh state in India. Lata was educated at the Chef Academy of London in the United Kingdom and has worked with French chef Cloud Bosi and American-British television chef Jun Tanaka.
Career
In 2019, she set a world record for the longest cooking marathon. She cooked for 87 hours and 45 min non-stop to set the record. She was the first woman in the world to hold the record title and the first female chef to enter the Guinness World Record Book.
