Qing Madi

Chimamanda Pearl Chukwuma (born 1 July 2006), professionally known as Qing Madi, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. She is best known for her song "See Finish", which went viral on TikTok in late 2022.

Early Life

Qing Madi was born and raised in Benin City, the capital of Edo State, Nigeria. She was primarily raised by her mother, along with her siblings.

Qing Madi attended Negbenebor International School in Benin City for her secondary education.

Career

Qing Madi started singing in her local church choir at a young age.

In September 2022, Qing Madi posted a video on TikTok of her singing her original song, which went viral. Later, on 14 October 2022, she released a full version of the song "See Finish".

On 21 July 2023, Qing Madi released the single "Ole" featuring BNXN.

In November 2023, she released her eponymous debut EP. It contains seven tracks including “American Love” and six other tracks.
