Rahmon Adedoyin
Rahmon Adegoke Adedoyin, M.D. (born January 1, 1957) is a Nigerian entrepreneur and educationist. He is the founder and proprietor of Oduduwa University and The Polytechnic, Ile-Ife.
Early Life
Rahmon Adedoyin was born in Ife, Osun State, into the Akui royal family.
He graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1983, with a degree in Mathematics Education. He then attended Centurion International University, California where he obtained his master's degree.
In 1996, Adedoyin obtained a doctorate degree from All Saints University School of Medicine, New York City.
Career
In 1984, Rahmon Adedoyin founded The Polytechnic, Ile-Ife and Oduduwa University in 2009. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Industrial Statisticians.
Personal Life
In November 2021, Rahmon Adedoyin was arrested following the death of Adegoke Timothy at Hilton Hotel which he is the founder.
