Rudeboy

Paul Nonso Okoye (born 18 November 1981), professionally known as Rudeboy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer. He is popularly known as a member of the musical duo P-Square, with his identical twin brother Peter Okoye.

Early Life

Paul was born and raised in Jos but is originally from Ifite Dunu in Anambra State. He was born into the family of Mazi Moses and Josephine Okoye, along with his twin brother Peter. He has five other siblings Jude, Mary, Tony, Lilian and Ifeanyi.

For his secondary education, Rudeboy attended St. Murumba Secondary School in Jos, together with his brother Mr P.

Career

In November 2017, after the disbandment of P-Square, Rudeboy released Fire Fire and Nkenji Keke, his first single as a solo artist.

In 2019, he established Fire Department Inc, a record label.

Personal Life

On 22 March 2014, Rudeboy married Anita Isama. Together they have three children.

In August 2021, his wife filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
