Jonathan Majors' ex-girlfriend drops defamation and assault lawsuit

Jonathan Majors' ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has dropped her lawsuit against the actor.

The lawsuit, filed in March, alleged assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious persecution, and defamation.

However, the duo have asked a judge to dismiss the defamation and assault lawsuit filed by Jabbari with prejudice, meaning she cannot file another lawsuit on the matter.

Jabbari had accused Majors of a pattern of domestic abuse that began in 2021 and continued until 2023. However, with the lawsuit dropped, both parties will pay their own legal fees.

This update comes after Majors was sentenced to a year-long domestic-violence program following a conviction of misdemeanor assault and harassment in December 2023.
