Mohbad

Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (3 January 1996 - 12 September 2023), known professionally as Mohbad, was a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter.

Early Life

Mohbad was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.

Career

In 2020, Mohbad released his debut album, Light EP, which featured Naira Marley and Lil Kesh.

Personal Life

In February 2022, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested Mohbad, Zinoleesky and four other people following their possession of hard drugs like MDMA and cannabis at their home in Lekki, Lagos.

On 12 September 2023, Mohbad was declared dead and buried shortly after on 13 September 2023.
