Early Life

Sharon Ooja was born in Kaduna State and raised in Plateau State but is originally from Benue State in Nigeria. She graduated from Houdegbe North American University, Benin with a degree in Mass Communication.

Career

In 2013, Sharon Ooja started acting after moving to Lagos. She got her big break in 2016 when she landed a role in web series Skinny Girl in Transit.

She was the host for the GTBank Fashion Week red carpet alongside Timini Egbuson in 2017.

Personal Life

On 27 June 2024, Sharon Ooja got married to Ugo Nwoke, in Abuja.
